Just tried the Twix chocolate bar just okay. Waiting for x-mas to try the rest

Loved the chocolates. It's hard to describe. It has sort of a funk to the taste from the fermentation of the beans,but in like the absolute best way. It really elevates the flavor of the chocolate. Very different than any mass produced chocolate. We loved all of them that we tried, even the white chocolate had a very unique taste that was absolutely delicious.

I thought it was the right blend. I just ate it too fast.
