An Excellent Chef Knife and Investment

My wife says it’s Wonderful!

I purchased the Bighorn Chef knife for my wife. Even when asked about it during an exhausted Christmas-Break-With-High-Energy-Little-Boys evening, she promptly, and enthusiastically, responded that the knife has been great, and wonderful, and amazing. (Maybe if I were a sharp guy I’d get reviews like that.) She is glad to have a high quality knife in her kitchen that is large enough for cutting large items like pineapples and melons.
