cannot connect to a repeater

My Btech GMRS 50v2 cannot connect to a repeater. I've got the correct CTCS code entered and it will not connect. I tested the antenna setup with a Radioddity DB20G and it connects just fine. Contacted Btech's customer service and I'll be sending it in for them to look at it.

Tech support is not good

The radio seems to be good. I like the fact that I can monitor Ham frequencies and FM radio stations. The problems occurred when the cable did not work. Their tech support was sub par. Based on what I saw, I told them it was either the cable or the radio. She told me to Focus on CHIRP. In the end it was the cable. I had to wait a week to get another cable. It works now but will I not recommend BTech because the tech support is sub par.

Performance outstanding

Easy installation, small in size, color text perfect. I connected radio to a ghost antenna and was able to talk a very long range distance on high and medium power setting. Very pleased with my system.
