Mounting Bracket for Dakota Digital - 73-87 C10

This is a must have addition when installing Dakota Digital kits

Installation was easy, the end result was a clean setup behind the RTX kit in my 1983 GMC K1500. Due to possible variations in these old Squarebodies and probably my own specific need, I did have make couple of adjustments to the bracket to have a better fit. I trimmed a little off the upper right hand as it was binding up against the main steering support. This was not a problem as there was plenty of material to modify what I needed. I only have one thing to critique about the bracket. Knowing that this bracket is specifically made for DD kits and that most kits provide a buzzer, they should have made a provision for this as well. I modified my bracket on the left side on the angled portion. There was plenty of room between the cab frame and bracket when using screw/nut hardware. This is 100% NOT a deal breaker, just a would like to have kind of thing because of my specific need/want. Overall, simple and clean, must have!!
