Venture Series Business Folio Case with side pocket - Microsoft Surface Pro 9, Pro 10, and Pro 11th Edition

Hi, received my case cover the other day. I installed the case/cover and it does not lay flat on the keyboard and is about 3/16 of an inch short on covering the keyboard. There is an indent on the computer side of the keyboard of the Microsoft cover to store the writing pen. This side sticks up higher that the keyboard causing the case cover to not sit flat.  Could you please redesign your MSP9 cover so it will sit flat and extend to the edge covering the keyboard and computer for protection? The hinge/bending area needs to be 1/8 to 1/4 inch taller at the bending area and the cover section needs to be 1/8-3/16 of an inch longer.  If you do redesign your MSP9 cover could you please send me a prototype cover to try out? Thank you
