Mixed review

I loved the dress. However the service online was quite shocking. I had a mark on my original dress. It took over 15 emails Over a week to organise a replaced. Which I now know was your IT assistant! It was a joke. Then returned to the store after closing my salon for the day. To find the replacement zip broken. Lucky a new delivery came in. Then you tried to take £70 extra pounds from my account instead of a refund. It was a stressful experience
