Hand Embossed Leather Low Heel Shoes

We ordered two pairs of the same model in different labeled sizes to compare fit. Both were marked EU 39, but the pair labeled US 8.5 arrived physically smaller than the pair labeled US 8. In other words, the “larger” size was actually smaller than the “smaller” size. Customer service confirmed this was “not a manufacturing issue” and that their size chart “differs from standard charts,” and offered a partial refund without return. That doesn’t address the core problem: inconsistent sizing between pairs that are supposedly the same size. The shoes themselves look nice, but you cannot rely on the sizing at all — even within the same EU size. That makes ordering a gamble. If you order from here, expect that you may not get a consistent or predictable fit, and be prepared for partial refunds rather than true resolution.
