Great Experience.
Ordered a medium fill. It was too big for my neck and shoulder configuration. Contacted AofM. They were most gracious in giving me directions to return it to their manufacturing facility. A few days later it was returned with less fiber fill. It fit me perfectly. Very good folks to work with on this item.

A good idea
I like the idea of paying a very small fee so that if I needed to return something, I wouldn't have to pay a lot of postage to send it back to new zealand!

Better Drying
I love these drier balls--I use them all the time and never had static cling and like to scent them with my favorite essential oils. They are such a great idea!
