After some initial disappointment and confusion with an older unit (namely the balance board no longer being necessary on new models), Luke was kind enough to reach out to me same night and informed me of the changes with the new model unit. To save anyone else possible frustration: your balancing plug now plugs directly into the IMARS III balancing port. There is no balance board included with new units, despite most Youtube tutorials featuring one. Now that I know my order was indeed complete, I can also happily state that my items arrived a day early. Out Of Darts went above and beyond and can expect my repeat business!
