Such a cute fun and functional bag and exceptional customer service! I originally received the wrong color and the store owner Laurie worked with me throughout the exchange process and even though there was a slight hiccup, she could not have been more apologetic and stayed in contact so I always knew what was going on and even sent a cute little extra with my exchange.
