Just took a very long time to get it.

Hoodie is the TERRIBLE and Customer Service is WORSE!

I purchased the blank hoodie for full price. I have a Be Kind T-SHIRT already and was happy with it. Upon receiving the hoodie it fits like a dress. I ordered the size I wear however my hands hit at the elbow of the sleeve, the cuffs are so big they would probably fit on my ankle. The overall size fits like a child playing dress up in her parents’ clothes. The tie dye wasn’t even a smooth job. The hoodie is like buckets of paint have been dumped on it and been left to dry. You can literally peel it off with your fingers. All customer service says is mystery items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. But I didn’t buy a mystery item, I bought a blank hoodie for full price, they just refuse to refund or exchange it! In my opinion that TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The only reason I gave them 1 star was I couldn’t give them 0.

The blank tye dye hoodie i received is one that ive been wanting for a long time!! The colors are absolutely perfect!!
