It's impossible to contact customer support for shippments we have paid but never received. Additionally, even though we choose registered shipping we never received any tracking information for our parcels and as a result, we are anable to track our shipments and arrange the receiving.

I paid extra for the tracking information. The vendor never provided it and then conveniently “lost” the package. They assured me they would give me a refund, but never did. They stopped responding to my requests for follow up. I placed two orders and their customer support staff were quite rude throughout the whole debacle.
