Beautiful necklace, exchange difficult

The necklace is beautiful. The 8mm size is too large. I tried to exchange it for the 5mm. This is not possible. I must return and repurchase and pay $10. restock fee and lose my discount code. You can only exchange for the same exact item???not the best return policy/customer service.

Really impressed with this chain. The quality feels solid, the shine looks great in person, and it has a clean premium look without being over the top. The clasp feels secure and the fit was exactly what I expected. Definitely looks more expensive than the price point. I’ve worn it multiple times already and gotten compliments.
