Tally Taylor Church Suit 4601-Black/White

The skirt was too big and too long. I went by the measurements, but my bottom and top fell within a bigger size. So, I ordered a larger size. The top fit loosely , but nice. The skirt was too big and too long. I think I will just return it, because I am scared if I exchange it , the top will be too small and the skirt will still be too long and too big. I do not have big hips. This size was all wrong according to your measurements.
