Leather Edge Pliers

I had a pair of inexpensive edge pliers for the first few years of my leather crafting and I thought they worked just fine. Until I used them on a leather that was easily blemished. I then realized that the inner surface had a lot of machining tool marks and there was no way to eliminate them while maintaining even contact (parallel) during the squeeze. The new ones are incredible! No marks visible at all. Also, the old ones had no spring assist and I must say that after a long stretch of edge work, my old hands really appreciated the self-opening feature.
