Order was billed wrong and sent wrong, then ignored

I have been using POSPaper for years. When I placed this last order the website was acting very glitchy and it doubled my order after I reviewed and submitted it. When I informed POS about the problem I was told it is to late and nothing can be done. I inquired again later and reminded them about the website problems and they said they would look into it. They did not follow up with any resolution. While the product is fine the process is flawed.
