Bought for my boyfriend and he loves them

I ordered the wrong size apparently which I’ll take as my fault. But the material of the gloves don’t feel that great. I understand it’s a warm weather glove but it just feels cheap. To add on I’ve emailed customer support to try and send it back but it’s been over a week and they still haven’t responded, this is ridiculous.
