Stylish, black does not show scuffing, easy in and out, comfortable from day 1, will easily accept an orthotic, reasonably priced, durable, and long lasting.

Ahhhh
What a wonderful shoe! I had an issue with my right foot, stump neuroma, ouch. My old CX241 were worn out and in I want a "trimmer" shoe. Turns out the CX238 uses the same carbon sole as the CX241. I love the slight differences between the two. The CX241 is excellent as is accommodates a wide variety of feet, but the CX238 is a more refined, developed version.

New favorite shoes
I use SWorks Torch shoes for races but I wanted something for daily training rides, so I thought I’d try Lake.
These 238’s are amazing… really comfortable, great looking, and well-made.
Not a single hot spot anywhere on my foot or ankle… just perfect.
I’m a 45 in Spesh shoes, and a 45.5 in Lake fit great for me.
