If you hate changing bits a 100 times AND you're working on a petite nail bed, this is THE bit for you. I am able to remove the old color and grown out hard gel lickety split with the course section. Then I can shape with the medium section. Finally, I can use the tip to prepare the cuticle area for the backfill. I do still need to use my diamond flame bit for final cuticle prep before a backfill but this definitely stream lines my workflow.
