Stumbled across the site looking for a suitable desk mat to fit with my home office desk area. I emailed Jae with my fitment requirements and to my surprise got an answer within minutes. I chose a desk mat and ordered it the same day which was sent out that same afternoon. The mat arrived quickly in the post, unrolled it and placed it on my desk and it is a quality item, gives comfort and warmth to the wrists, stitched edges and has a rubber grip backing. Altogether an A1 class service all around, looking forward to buying a second mat when there are new designs to select from.
