One of the least supportive bra I have ever used. Probably good for smaller breasts but no support for size 36 for sure. They are really uncomfortable and serve no purpose. Just the set together looks cute so if you are only going for looks it’s nice. Don’t recommend if you are serious about training and cardio as they are not supportive at all

This is a lovely bra that feels so light! I barely noticed I was wearing it during yoga, and it stayed in place nicely. However, there is a tiny bunching of the fabric on the side boob (look closely at the model’s photo and you’ll see what I’m talking about). The removable cups are nice option (because I hate padded cups). I do wish this company would diversify their models instead of always having XXS white women with BBLs and lip filler.
