Motion Raceworks 98-02 Camaro Dzus Hood Rails Front Set (Black Anodized) 30-120

I have a VFN extended hood and these brackets do not come nowhere near close to reaching the bottom of my hood there’s over an inch gap. There’s just no way even if you’ve been to top of the bracket that it would come close. I even went as far as putting a quarter inch shim underneath and no luck. I went ahead and ordered racecrafts rails instead.

No matter what I did, the angle of the top part of the bracket where the springs rivets to does not come close to does not reaching my vfn hood. I had over an inch gap between the bracket and the hood. Not sure what hood this is for, but there’s no way that a thin, fiberglass hood or any lightweight hood will work with these. I had to order racecrafts dzus front rails.

Everything fit perfect very happy with my purchase
