This is my second purchase of a pin map from Conquest Maps. The quality is outstanding and customer service is excellent. Everything is delivered as promised, packaged with care, wrapped well, and printed so beautifully. Aside from that, the recipient who received the first map was absolutely delighted and it is still beautiful five years later with lots of pins from travel. This recent purchase is for a Christmas gift and I know it will also thrill and delight. Both maps were personalized and the graphics are wonderful. Great customer service

The product is great. We had a lot of issues with FedEx but they were quick to respond and help locate the item. They worked with FedEx and got it delivered after even offering to send out a new map.
