This products plastic is really cheap compared to other brands. I tried pouring a shot of espresso and they warp. After reaching put to customer service they said because I opened only 1 sleeve they will not accept the return. How is a new customer like me supposed to know how the product is like. They said the description says its not made for hot products but thats just incorrect doesnt mention anything like that. When I did some research for why they dont take returns even if one sleeve is opened its because they cant resell it. They care more about making money then actually customer service. Now I have so many cups I cant use and as a small business its a big blow. Dont recommend to anyone.
