Amazing support for histamine intolerance

I have been using these particular supplements for a month now and I have noticed a significant difference in histamine intolerance symptoms. With the use of this and following the recommended gut health diet (or more lifestyle) that Brooke teaches through her program, it has genuinely been life changing. I have been getting less frequent migraines, itchiness, menstrual headaches/migraines + pain, and overall daily pain in my neck and shoulders. I recommend the overall program and to be honest all of Brooke’s products for a healthier mind and body. I also love her recipes that she posts on her blog and via the app - simple and delicious!
