These little pins are sharp and lay flat. I used them to pin up a mother of the groom dress for a friend. They stayed in place and worked great!

I love that I can iron over them, but because they are so thin, they tend to pierce my hand more than other pins when manipulating my work in progress. They are also very easy to bend.
