LOVE These Glasses!

This was my first time purchasing from Caskata and it won't be my last. The quality of these glasses is outstanding. They are well-made but still have the delicate quality I was looking for by way of appearance. The pink isn't quite as subtle as it appears online, but that was a plus for me. The color is not bright but I find it very classy. I even had the pleasure of contacting their customer service when a glass arrived broken as a result of rough handling during delivery (I heard the box collide with my front door). I was able to speak with an actual person and she was so friendly and efficient at resolving the issue. The replacement arrived in tact and the whole process was very painless. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will be buying these glasses in a different color for a girlfriend for her birthday.
