My Feelings Poster

An absolutely beautiful resource

I am so happy with the my feelings poster. The illustrations are beautiful, the translations are great. The quality of the poster itself is thick too. More importantly, the week we received the poster my 7yr old was already coming to me and using the poster to point out which feelings he was feeling at the time. It has helped open up communication for the moments where my child is feeling very overwhelmed and cannot verbalise their emotions. Thank you so much for making such a valuable resource! I highly recommend this to everyone
