Muck Boots Chore Classic Tall Boot

I ordered the size 6 (I'm a 5/5.5) but they were too small, ended up ordering the size 7 which fit me (never ever been a 7 in any of my footwear!!) Unfortunately you didn't offer a free exchange and it cost me £16+ to return them! I Wouldn't order from yourselves again and will def read the small print/exchanges/return in the future!!

Ordered the Size 6 as my last pair were that, (I'm usually 5/5.5) but the 6 was too small so I then ordered the size 7 - I have never had to ever wear a size 7! They do fit me 🤷‍♀️ I was disappointed to not get a free exchange and a bit upset at having to pay £16 to send the Size 6 back!
