I was a little apprehensive about ordering a toilet online, but my mind was set at ease from a reviewer on this site describing how well packed it was. They were not wrong. The item arrived in two boxes and I don't think I've ever received anything so well packaged - box within a box, padded by extra strong air wrap that could have been used as an air mattress. It was about $100 less than the Big Box stores, and was delivered directly to my front porch for free. We installed it ourselves in just a few minutes. After struggling along with a "low flush" toilet that took three or four flushes to clear the bowl, this toilet is an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend this toilet and Bath4All. Order without fear - you will be happy you did.
