Pretty good
A bit of heel slippage for my foot. Ran a bit large, size nine. With Shimano cycling Sox.

Bike shoes that are great with spiked pedals
Works well with spiked pedals though doesnt come with best insoles but they can be swapped out for third party insoles so not a big deal. These are adjustable support foot all around rather then just the heel part which with normal shoes might end up digging into ankle.
