OXO Beef Flavour Meat Free - 12 Pack

More an observation than a review! Haven't yet used the OXO "beef flavor" stockcubes. I was surprised to see they are "meat-free" – presumably the dried-beef bonestock in the original allowed them to be designated "beef" as opposed to "beef flavor." I don't think I was aware of the fact they were "meat-free" when I ordered them – surprised I missed the very prominent "MEAT-FREE" marking in your online photo. Obviously wasn't paying attention. Assume they now appeal to vegans/vegetarians. Will see if my husband tastes a difference in his next favorite mince and potatoes meal AFTER I've used up my final 5 precious "real" OXO cubes!

Love them.

Have used these forever and they beat anything out on the market here in the U.S. For those of you not familiar with the product, you use these in lieu of all those gravy mixes they sell in the U.S. Grocery stores. Great for stews etc.
