The Toto Drake is a great toilet for the money with the tornado flush. If I were to compare the Toto Drake Rounded vs Elongated, I would recommend going with the Elongated. The reason why you would ever consider the Rounded instead of the Elongated one is if you have very limited space, which was the case for me. Therefore, I do appreciate Toto for offering a Rounded version. It's quite compact and seems to function the same as the Elongated. However, if you were to install a bidet on it, you will notice that the Rounded seat becomes very small. Another thing to think about when choosing the Rounded one is that it has limited height choices. I like my toilets with Standard Height, but the Rounded one does not offer that height. Overall, it's a great toilet and I'm glad they offer a rounded version for people who has limited space.
