My friends were expecting the dreaded "powdered eggs" from camping in our youth, but this was super easy to use, and cooks up like real eggs, with excellent taste and texture. On a canoe trip you can't be very precise with the amount of water used, but there was no need to be precise. It was also easy to add to other ingredients for baking, pancakes, etc. All agreed we no longer needed to bring fresh eggs on our canoe trips in the future.

I took them backpacking and now I get real scrambled eggs for breakfast! They taste great and are the perfect way to pack shelf-stable eggs for the trail. Highly recommend!

Ova Easy purchase

Ova Easy are as close to fresh as you can get. If I wasn't told that the scrambled eggs I was being served weren't fresh eggs I would not be able to tell the difference. We use them all the time.
