Hard to tell what supplement helps but after 3 weeks of taking this do feel more energy

My adult son takes this , he did tell me it helps but he also told me he noticed right away when he forgot to take it for a few days , he had a bad cold and did not follow his normal routine . So yes this product does work and is helpful..

This product does not produce the energy level of a different company’s that I tried that was only 250mg. Not sure if ill buy again.
