Lovely hat, but

The hat itself was purchased as a Christmas present and is great quality and fantastic value. I won't fault the product at all, it's gorgeous. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and the customer service I've recieved from New Forest Clothing hasn't been great. No-one replied to an email I sent about advice on how to return due to having lost the order number, so I haven't been able to return and have been left out of pocket and the recipient without a gift.

Delivery was fast, on time. Size of hat was spot on and formed shape that was illustrated in photographs. Looks great need to test out in some weather but so far pleased with purchase
