This is a top quality umbrella base. It arrived unassembled but once assembled it works extremely well. I live near the coast and this is made to hold up against the sea air. The wheels are well constructed and roll easily. This is not cheap but if it holds up to its promise it should last a very long time. I particularly like the fixing mechanism which holds the umbrella pole firmly without damaging it.
