Update : The company reached out and explained they were having email issues. They sent out a new sweatshirt to replace the stained one. So happy because these sweatshirts are the best-cute and great quality ! Im super sad ! I love this company and their crewneck sweatshirts but I shopped the grab bag sale and one of my items came with stains down the front. I reached out immediately via email TWICE and no one has responded to me. I even tried to then message them company via facebook and still no response. Im super bummed because I love their clothes but if they cant respond when theres an issue. Ill have to stop shopping 😩
