I am more than happy with these pedals. I feel secure when riding and get more power with every stroke. I can move my foot around to ease pain points. They do take a bit of learning/adjusting how you put your feet into them but they are worth it.

Using in the woods

When I hit a hard bump at speed on a logging road, my feet tend to pop off. I now use these without either strap or just the ankle strap and they, so far, have worked to keep me in
