Great Product..... Customer Not So Good

Very satisfied with the mat purchased, but it took a month to receive it. There was no communication of projected ship date at the time of order entry. I sent a followup email 2 weeks in and was told 2 weeks was a typical lead-time. It was 2 additional weeks before shipment. The lack of communication was frustrating!
