The good: Excellent design and no mounting holes. Fit and finish are also superb. The bad: Needs improvement in the ball-knurling or arm tension as the mount arm slips and rotates out of position when the phone is inserted or removed from the spring-loaded holder - it should be a one-handed operation, but you have to physically hold the arm when inserting/removing the phone. And yes, I have it cranked down tight.
