Nice product, but no community support

I ordered the Windows 11 pre-load. I was surprised to find virtually no community support and no forums for this device. I am happy with the performance and quality of the product. I just wish there was a way to re-install from factory. (I ended up with a corrupt image resulting from a power fail during the initialization of the factory Windows 11. I switched to running linux from USB, and would love to get back to running Win11.) Five stars possible when we get this support thing resolved.
