Definitely hotter than I thought….

If this is only a rating of 4/10 on the hotness scale you guys have…for me it’s more like a 6/10. Oil based which I was not expecting. The flavour palate is so lovely!! It’s definitely something you can put with everything, and I love to cook chicken mince, add a bunch of this sauce, and then add some rice, onion and peas. It would easily be a 5* perfect as the flavour is so divine, but it’s just a bit too hot for me!
