I got this card for my grandma’s birthday. We live in different states and I only get to see her in person 2 times a year. I thought this was perfect because it was a mini serenata I could send for her! I think she’s going to love it

Happy Birthday Musical Card

I bought this card for my sister's 86 birthday. We are of hispanic heritage, though we grew up not even speaking Spanish or being able to understand our Spanish speaking Grandmother. As we have aged, we try to embrace our heritage and when I found this card, I knew it would bring BOTH of us so much joy. She said it made her birthday and she didn't know whether to laugh or cry. She shared it with her friends and they agreed it was the BEST card ever. Tomorrow her family is going to come for her birthday and she can't wait to share it with them. Until I found your site, I would go to the Spanish language card section in the store and select one that said "Hermana" not knowing what it actually said inside. Then, I would use Google Translate to translate it when I got home and mail it to her with the translation. We would laugh that it always said the RIGHT thing about how we felt. This time, I wanted to see if could find a card with music. When I put Musical Mariachi cards in the search engine, I found your site. I couldn't have been happier. I was afraid I would wear it out before I mailed it to her because I kept opening it and laughing and remembering how my other sister (she is 80) and I would call each other up on our birthdays and sing our version of Las Manitas with words we made up because we didn't know the real words. Her birthday is in Sept. and I am going to order a card for her too. Thank you for giving us a bit our heritage back. Our ancestors are proud for sure.
