Great for building muscle mobility. Purolator broke it in transit but it still is useful as a mace. Otherwise great quality, stylish decor item, easy to hold on to. Watch out for the ceiling!

My second Orion macebell,...

My second Orion macebell, 10lb. Strongly recommend starting with a 10lb macebell. After starting with a 20lb I bought a 10lb to do single arm swings, flow and experiment with other swings. I'm happy with both: the 10lb for tossing around and high repetitions; and the 20lb for heavier workouts.
