I really wanted to love these cookies, and overall they were good! They’re big, made with organic ingredients (which I appreciate), and definitely tasty. A few thoughts from my experience: I ordered a mystery box and received one free mystery cookie, which was a nice touch. The cookies traveled all the way to Tennessee and arrived in good shape, but I was a little surprised to find duplicates in the box since there seem to be so many fun flavors available. When reheated, several of the cookies were more gooey than expected—almost as if they hadn’t quite finished baking through. I usually love soft, gooey cookies (definitely prefer them underdone rather than crisp), but these leaned a bit too far in that direction for me. Flavor-wise, nothing quite wowed me—though my wife devoured the chocolate chip before I could even try it, so I think that one was a hit! My personal favorite was the churro snickerdoodle, which really stood out and was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’d say these cookies are good, and I love the concept. For me, there were just a couple of small misses that kept them from being amazing.
