Raider Series Heavy Duty Hand Strap Case - iPad A16 11-inch & iPad 10.9-inch 10th/11th/12th Generation

I love the case for all the reasons you would expect. But I love the company's customer service response even more: my first purchase with them resulted in receiving a damaged screen protector (it was scratched and I couldn't buff it out). When I let them know, they responded immediately and asked for basic photographic evidence. Once I submitted it, they then said they would send me an entirely new case (since they can't just send a part). I was shocked. The replacement case arrived quickly, and it looks great. Thank you!

Pic shows stylis pen with case. However, it's sold separately. What a disappointment.
