No instructions, low quality power brick

No instructions are included, Low quality power brick that generates lots of noise in the picture, When trying to get a refund for this handheld legend said because I opened it and installed it they cannot give me a refund and to get a better power brick somewhere else. If you are buying a Saturn you probably dont need to change out the power supply, just see if your stock one works still. The stock power supply generated no additional noise in the picture.
