GBA sp hdmi converter kit

The GBA SP hdmi kit only half worked for me. I have a funny playing 34pin screen and it worked great with the gba sp motherboard but not with the hdmi kit. The screen was super pixelated but the gba sp to the hdmi board to the tv works great.

Excellent Product

HDMI signal out is excellent and installation is straightforward but with a couple thin wires to solder. The output board that sits behind the screen has a couple configurations based on which LCD screen you have. It's important to read the instructions and work through the process. It does require a fair bit of case modding to allow the board to sit flush in the case while keeping the micro HDMI connector accessible. The only point of concern is that the ribbon cable that connects to the system board feels a tiny bit short. There is much less slack than the original configuration. The output appears to be 720x480 pixels and includes audio! No complaints. Photo is from a direct connection to a small 1080p TV.
