Superb product made to a high spec. Useful hidden straps, to convert it into a backpack, and far more spacious than it first looks! Far easier to travel on the train with than my previous holdall yet holds just as much.
A minor tweak would be to add a extra strap loop on the other side of the bag from the backpack straps, so one of thos straps could be used to convert the bag into a messenger/holdall style carrier.
